Belfast, Maine -- July 22, 2019 -- Justice Robert Murray listens to the evidence the prosecution would have presented had the case gone to trial against Julio Carrillo. Carrillo pleaded guilty for the fatal beating of 10-year-old Marissa Kennedy Monday afternoon at the Waldo Judicial Center.
