ORONO, MAINE -- 07/29/2016 -- Sen. Susan Collins speaks on Friday at the Process Development Lab at the University of Maine in Orono. Collins along with Matt Erskine, deputy assistant secretary of commerce for economic development and chief operating officer of the Economic Development Administration, Sen. Angus King, and Rep.
