BANGOR, MAINE -- 11/21/2016 -- Four-year-old Logan Donald (right) hands out American flags to people before a naturalization ceremony Monday at the Margaret Chase Smith Federal Building in Bangor. Christopher Donald (center), Logan's father, was one of the 23 people from 15 countries who became citizens of the U.S. during the ceremony.
