SEARSPORT, MAINE -- 02/27/2017 -- John Riley glues up blocks of bass wood to be shaped into modell boat hulls at the BlueJacket Shipcrafters Inc. in Searsport. Most parts including many ropes are custom made for the models offered by the company that is the oldest model ship maker in the country.
