About 1000 students who participated in the 9th annual Maine Learning Technology Initiative Student Conference at the University of Maine in Orono. Thursday. The students could learn about game design and using new applications on their school-issued computers. The day was concluded with the uber-session where all the students participated in performing a musical composition by turning their laptops into a musical instrument. BDN photo by Gabor Degre
