OLD TOWN, MAINE -- 6/14/2017 -- People take their boats down to the water as they were getting ready for a practice run Wednesday on the Penobscot river from Binette Park in Old Town to the Orono boat landing in preparation for the Penobscot River Whitewater Nationals Regatta.
