OAKLAND, MAINE -- 02/20/2017 -- Jessica Fagre talks about her daughter, 18-year-old Ambroshia Fagre, who was fatally shot by police on Feb. 10. Ambroshia was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Kadhar Bailey who also was killed. Officers, who were investigating reported burglaries in the area, fired at the pickup truck the two were in after Bailey rammed it into a police cruiser, according to police.
