BANGOR, Maine -- 01/19/2017 -- Geneva Belden holds the hand of Kyra Kimball, case manager for ISC for ME, LLC. at her dining room table at her home in Bangor Thursday. Belden fell on two occasions under the watch of service provider Branches.
