BAR HARBOR, MAINE -- 01/09/2017 --People sign the final structural beam before it is lifted into place during a topping off ceremony at the Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor Monday afternoon. The new Center for Biometric Analysis research facility is expected to be complete in January of 2018.
