EDDINGTON, MAINE -- 01/24/2017 -- Brad DiCarlo walks along Route-9 in Eddington with his dog Champ to get gas for his car. DiCarlo ran out of gas on his way back to Bangor, but he took the setback instride. Lucky for him he was within a couple hundred yard of a gas station so he viewed this as an opportunity to take Champ for a short walk on the sleet-covered road Tuesday.
