BROOKSVILLE,MAINE -- 01/17/2017 -- Freshly harvested carrots at Four Season Farm in Brooksville. Eliot Coleman established the farm in the late 1960's and is a long-time follower and proponent of organic farming practices. He started focusing on four season commercial vegetable production in the mid 1990's.
