BROOKSVILLE,MAINE -- 01/17/2017 -- Eliot Coleman is the co-owner of Four Season Farm in Brooksville, that produces fresh vegetables year-round. Coleman established the farm in the late 1960's and is a long-time follower and proponent of organic farming practices. He started focusing on commercial four season vegetable production in the mid 1990's.
