BANGOR, ME -- DECEMBER 7, 2015 -- Lt. Cmdr. Matt Billings (left) and petty officer Vekisha McCall of the Navy Operational Support Center in Bangor prepare to release two wreaths into the Kenduskeag Stream during the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day ceremony on Monday in Bangor. The ceremony, remembering those who served and died during the attacks on Pearl Harbor 74 years ago, was held on the Willard Carleton Orr Bridge, a pedestrian bridge named in honor of Orr, a Bangor resident who died at Pearl Harbor.
