Eastport, ME — December 15, 2016 — Pharmacist Ben Okafor helps a customer at his pharmacy in Eastport last week. Okafor, who was born and raised in Nigeria, moved to Maine in 2007 after being recruited by Rite Aid. He decided to leave the chain two years ago to open his own pharmacy, Eastport Family Pharmacy, in a rural area of Maine that hadn’t had one in a decade. Okafor takes great pride in the customer service he offers.
