BELMONT, MAINE -- 12/13/2016 -- Annie Cilley of Belmont kept meticulous records as she helped a friend, Veronica Pendleton, who was defrauded of thousands of dollars by a lawyer whom she had given power of attorney. Pendleton was victimized by the attorney over a period of several years.
