CAMDEN, MAINE -- 12/21/2016 -- Peter Rollins of Camden is spearheading an effort to place a bench near the road where "The Waving Man" used to sit and wave to people driving by. Kermit Merry Ingraham was a resident of the Washington Street Home For Seniors for years and he spent a lot of time in front of the building waving to passing people and cars.
