AUGUSTA, MAINE -- 12/19/2016 -- Betty Johnson the president of the Maine electors of the Electoral College confers with Maine Secretary of State Matthew Dunlop during the casting of ballots for president and vice president of the United States at the State House in Augusta Monday afternoon. The four electors cast three ballots for Hilary Clinton and one for Donald Trump.
