UNITY, MAINE -- 12/07/2016 -- Matthew Secich lights a lantern while waiting on customers at his Charcuterie store in Unity recently. The Amish man's business had more then it's fair share of ups and down throughout the past year, but it seems like things have reached a happy medium.
