BANGOR, MAINE — 08/09/2017 — Stephanie Mattsen was working on clearing weeds and old plants from her garden plots at the Bagor Community Garden Wednesday. Some of the people who rent garden plots at the garden have noticed, that the vegetables are getting stolen this summer.
