GETTING STEAMED Garold Demmons, 52, of Rockland wipes condensation from his glasses as he cooks lobsters in the 80-degree heat at the Rockland Lobster Festival on Wednesday. Demmons is a 22-year veteran volunteer and one of about five people who have been cooking thousands of lobsters for 15 years or more. "They are all 1 1/2-pound soft-shell lobsters that I cook for 12 minutes. Idon't evern know how many lobsters I have cooked. P eople eat about 6,000 pounds per day during the festival," Demmons said.
