EAST MILLINOCKET, MAINE — 01/22/2018 — For several years a photograph of Joyce McLain has been placed in the window of her mother, Pam McLain's East Millinocket house. Philip Scott Fournier is charged with murder in the August 1980 death of 16-year-old Joyce McLain. His trial started Monday at the Penobscot Judicial Center in Bangor.
