Holden, Maine -- August 14, 2020 -- Nanci Hamlin and Justin Proulx are fostering Cargo the stowaway cat that arrived in Bangor on a military cargo flight in July. They are taking care of the cat until the pilot who is considering adopting Cargo returns home from deployment.
