Paul Baldacci Jr. has taken over management of the remodeled Baldacci's Restaurant in Bangor. The restaurant, which reopened to the public Friday for the first time since the death of Paul Baldacci, features a new deli, bar, and updated menu with recipes from the original Baltimore Restaurant that was started by the Baldacci family in 1933.
