BANGOR, MAINE -- 12/19/54 -- Young people of St. John's Eipiscopal Church, accompanied by the Rev. John Brett Fort, rector, visit the elderly and shut-ins of the parish on the annual carol-singing tour in this December 1954 file photo. Fifty young people participated that year.
